Professional baking, decorating, or food service industry experience is preferred, though we’re willing to train a recent culinary graduate or passionate home baker with some form of kitchen experience. Day-to-day duties include scratch baking cupcakes and cakes in small batches, making buttercream frosting, opening and closing duties, monitoring ingredient and supply stock, maintaining a clean kitchen, and customer service as needed. The right candidate must be punctual and dependable, and have a strong work ethic with attention to detail while maintaining excellent time management.
